Depression can make it feel as though the best days of your life are behind you. It steals your energy, motivation, and joy, making even simple tasks feel overwhelming.

Looking Beyond Medication

Medication can play an important role in treating depression, but I don’t believe it should be the entire treatment plan.

Depression is often influenced by many factors working together, including poor sleep, chronic stress, unhealthy daily routines, nutrition, physical inactivity, medical conditions, and patterns of thinking.

Together, we’ll work to understand what is contributing to your depression while creating a personalized treatment plan that addresses the whole person—not simply the diagnosis.
