However, I don’t believe medication should be the entire treatment plan.

Sleep, nutrition, physical activity, daily routines, stress, and healthy circadian rhythms all influence how the brain performs. Together, we’ll identify the factors that may be limiting your focus and build a personalized treatment plan designed to help you thrive.
